| 2011 Credit Industry Salary Survey |

Credit Recruitment's 2011 Credit Industry Salary Survey has been created through the collection of salary information from interviews with Credit and Collections Managers and Human Resources Managers. Information from the placement of our candidates with clients has also been used. The companies who kindly participated in the survey cover a wide variety of industries and locations across Sydney.
The sample size of companies surveyed this year is 512 with a total number of 4,222 positions. Where an unusually high or low salary has had the potential to distort the average, w e have removed it from our calculation, but included in the range.
2010 also sees the launch of our first Banking & Finance Survey. Due to several requests from our clients we have complied the results of a survey which has complete focus on the Banking and Finance industry and its extensive range of roles. Of our total sample size this year, 118 Banking & Finance companies and 1,797 Banking & Finance positions have been surveyed.
